Free demonstrator — no payments. The app is free to download and use. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions or fees, and we will never ask you for card or bank details. No real trades are executed and no money moves.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the Green Hydrogen Solutions app and the greenh2s.ai demonstrator (the “App”), provided by Green Hydrogen Solutions LTD (“greenH2S”, “we”, “us”). By registering or using the App you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. A demonstrator, not a trading service

• The App shows green-hydrogen, energy-market and plant simulations for demonstration and education.
• All “trading”, orders, fills, portfolios, balances and ledgers are simulated. Nothing is bought, sold, settled or delivered.
• Prices, forecasts, AI briefs and signals may be delayed, estimated, illustrative or wrong. They are not financial, investment, engineering or legal advice, and you should not rely on them for real decisions.
• greenH2S is not acting as a broker, exchange, financial services provider or energy supplier through the App.

3. No payments

The App is provided free of charge. It contains no paid features, in-app purchases or subscriptions, and does not collect payment information. If we ever offer paid services, they will be covered by separate terms that you would need to accept explicitly; they will never be charged through this demonstrator.

4. Who can use the App

The App is intended for business and professional users aged 18 or over. You may use it only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.

5. Your registration

• To use the App you register with your full name and email address; job title, organisation and phone number are optional. No password is created.
• Please provide accurate details and register only yourself.
• Product news emails are optional and sent only if you opt in. You can opt out at any time.
• You can delete your registration at any time in Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete my data, or by emailing info@greenh2s.com. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the App or its API; access it by automated means beyond normal use; attempt to access data that is not yours; reverse engineer it except where the law allows; register with someone else's details; or use the App or its outputs to mislead others into believing simulated results are real.

7. Third-party data and services

The App displays public market, grid, weather and other data from third-party sources, and may generate commentary with AI services. These sources are provided “as is” under their own terms; we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or availability.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its design, models, text and branding belong to greenH2S or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for evaluation and education. No other rights are granted.

9. Availability and changes

As a demonstrator, the App may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn at any time without notice. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of liability

Because the App is free and simulated, to the extent permitted by law greenH2S is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the App or its content, including trading, investment, business or data loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including consumer-protection law.

12. App stores

These terms are between you and greenH2S only. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to them, are not responsible for the App or its content, and have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. greenH2S alone is responsible for the App, its support (contact info@greenh2s.com), and for handling any claims about it, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection and intellectual-property infringement claims. If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a government embargo and are not on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

13. Ending your use

You can stop using the App at any time and delete your registration as described above. Sections 2, 3, 8, 10, 11 and 14 continue to apply after you stop using the App.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

15. Changes to these terms

We will update the “Last updated” date when these terms change. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
